Formulated specifically for restaurants, institutions, and juicers! Our 128oz Environné Fruit and Vegetable Wash is twice as concentrated as our ready-to-use formula. 3oz of Environné Fruit and Vegetable Wash Concentrate in 5 gallons of water will wash an estimated 200 lbs of produce.
The ratio for the RTU formula is 1:1 (one (1) part concentrate to one (1) part water.
