Chicken Supplies
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for new, unused chicken supplies (i.e., feeders, waterers, accessories and books) purchased directly from www.organicchickenfeed.com. Under this policy, you may return this merchandise to us, within 14 days from purchase, for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
We cannot accept returns on chicken supplies that have been used.
Professional Equipment
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for new, unused professional equipment (i.e., pluckers, scalders, incubators and brooders) purchased directly from www.organicchickenfeed.com. Under this policy, you may return this merchandise to us, within 14 days from purchase, for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
Please refer to the manufacturer warranty for issues related to product performance.
We cannot accept returns on professional equipment that has been used.
Chicken Feed
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for new, unopened chicken feed (i.e., chick starter, pellets, mash, crumbles, supplements, treats, scratch or medications) purchased directly from www.organicchickenfeed.com. Under this policy, you may return this merchandise to us, within 14 days from purchase, for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
We cannot accept returns on chicken feed that has been opened or where packaging has been damaged.
Chicken Coop Kits
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for new, unassembled chicken coops kits (i.e., chicken coops, chicken tractors, chicken pens, nesting boxes or chicken runs) purchased directly from www.organicchickenfeed.com. Under this policy, you may return this merchandise to us, within 14 days from purchase, for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.

We cannot accept returns on chicken coop kits that have been partially or completely assembled.
Chicken Coop Plans
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not 100% satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for downloadable chicken coop plans purchased directly from www.organicchickenfeed.com. Under this policy, you may contact us, within 14 days from purchase, for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid.
We trust that you will deleted the electronic plan files and destroy all plan printouts upon receiving your refund, and we trust that you will not build a coop based on these plans.
Restocking Fees
A minimum restocking fee of $10.00 up to a maximum fee of 15% of full (non-discounted) retail price may be charged at the discretion of Easy As My PC, Inc. on merchandise that is returned in opened or damaged packaging.
- Easy As My PC, Inc.will not charge a restocking fee for unopened, first quality, merchandise.
- Easy As My PC, Inc. will not charge a restocking fee for defective merchandise.
- Easy As My PC, Inc.will not charge a restocking fee in the case of an error made by Easy As My PC, Inc.
How to Return
To return products, you must use our website Contact Form within the return policy return period and subject to the return policy guidelines. In your correspondence, please indicate the merchandise you want to return, your order number, and a brief explanation of why you are not 100% satisfied with the product.
Upon receiving this communication, Easy As My PC, Inc. will verify that your return request meets the return policy requirement and, if so, will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMAs are typically issued within 2 business days of service ticket receipt and will be sent via email to the email address setup in the customer account, associated with the order or designated on the service ticket application.
If you have trouble submitting a service ticket or receiving an RMA number, please call 1-888-EASY-020 and speak to a service representative.
To qualify for a credit or refund, you must:
- Ship the products to Easy As My PC within five (5) days of the date that Easy As My PC issues the RMA number,
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Easy As My PC will refuse any shipments that do not have a valid RMA written on the outside of the shipping carton,
- Ship back all products you are seeking to return to Easy As My PC.
- At our discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions,
- Include original packaging, documentation, or other items included in the original shipment,
- Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, provided you have followed the return policy, Easy As My PC will issue a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees.
